COVID-19

Having been closed for some time due to the lockdown, we are now in the process of reopening with safety measures in place.

Pet Insurance

We would like to remind pet owners of the importance of insurance for their animals. In the unlikely event that your pet needs urgent medical attention whilst in our care, it is so comforting to know the the expenses will be met and the best treatment can be given without delay or compromise due to cost.

We have good working relationships with trusted local veterinary practices and we do have our own cover up to £1500. Owners should be reminded that in certain circumstances costs can run into thousands. Please speak to your vet and check your level of cover with your insurance provider if you have any questions.

Kennel Cough Vaccine

We would like to remind all our dog owners that kennel cough vaccines should have been given at least 14 days prior to your dogs arrival at the kennels. We will require proof of this on the dog’s vaccine record.

Please check with your vet if you are unsure of your dog’s level of protection. Our policies on vaccination help us maintain the safest and healthiest environment for all the animals in our care.

Many thanks.
