Our boarding kennels are set within an historic farmyard setting perched upon a hillside with stunning open views accross the surrounding fields. A beautiful countryside retreat for your family pets that we are sure they will love.

Our 30 years plus experience and team of dedicated staff will go to every length to ensure your cat or dog is extremely well cared for during their stay. We care for your pets as if they were our own and this why we believe we are the best choice.

We are situated just outside the main village of Great Gidding. We are ideally located to serve pet owners from the surrounding Peterborough and Huntingdon areas, including Sawtry, Glatton, Ramsey, Alconbury, Oundle, and Stilton. Easy access from the A1(m) and A14.

Bookings for August

Just a reminder, we do get very busy over the summer school holidays so be sure to double check your animals vaccinations and book early to avoid disapointment! August in particular is booking up fast so get in touch as soon as you can.

Don’t forget our Pet Food Shop!

No need to be caught short of feed or accessories for your cat or dog. We have a well stocked shop right on the yard (across from the cattery and parking). Please feel free to browse around next time you visit! We can offer friendly advice on food and also stock many other essentials so you can welcome your pet back from their holidays!

Summer is here!

Summer has finally arrived! Here at Gidding Grove you can rest assured we keep a close eye on the animals during periods of hot weather. We have plenty of fans to keep the air moving and supply extra water. We also have a common sense approach to their daily exercise routine.

After 4 months locked safely inside away from the threat of avian bird flu we are pleased to say that British free range poultry are now allowed back outside to roam free.
